London

The next day, the Hilton moved me to their Bankside hotel, where my original reservation was. They also upgraded me to a suite. I’ve been in a handful of suites, but this was definitely the nicest. Heck, it might be larger than my own freaking apartment! I haven’t seen wall paper in a while, but this stuff was pretty nice looking! Also, I’m digging that wall with the integrated TV

The bed’s headboard was kind of neat as well!

…and one fancy bathroom!

As I was unpacking, they brought up a bottle of wine  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Day two was spent sleeping in, watching the Belgium Grand Prix, and wandering around Covent Garden. I got lunch at Polpo, checked out some climbing stores, and ventured off to The British Museum

It was freaking packed. As a non-fan of packed spaces, I hurried my way around it… I really liked this display of Samurai armor.

The Rosetta Stone!

Afterwards, I wandered around St. Katherine Docks and got dinner at a crappy Asian restaurant. I regret not getting Indian food!!!

Cool tube station

The hotel was across the street from the Tate. I didn’t notice these LED’s during the day… and that wrapped up London!
