So my project is picking up steam, which means it’s time for some trips to talk about stuff and things. I spent the first half of December in Zürich and Herborn. The first week was spent in Zürich. I had been here a few times before, but never had time to really explore… This trip would change that.

It was Christmastime

Christmastime means Christmas Markets

Christmas Markets mean glühwein

Glühwein means I’m social. While eating some foods, I met a group of bankers and students from the ETH Zürich. They were super nice, engineers, and we were able to nerd out about Formula 1, airplanes, and composites. Solid night.

Found a good xiao long bao place in the market. The vendors were from China and their food was on point!!!

It snowed a lot when we were there

On Saturday, I hit up some museums and met up with the co-worker for dinner. On the way back to the hotel, we had round II of Christmas Markets… Hauptbahnhof edition

and on Sunday, we were off to Frankfurt!
