Barcelona

While sitting at ZRH, we found out that the BCN airport ground crew was on strike, so our flight was delayed two-hours. So typical… We eventually made it though!

My hotel was a short bus ride away, and I quickly dropped off my stuff and ventured out to La Rambla. The subway stop was right by some Gaudí buildings!

The streets and buildings were exquisite

A quick stop at Plaça de Catalunya, where all the pigeons would eagerly photobomb your selfies.

Güell Palace

Then I started wandering for food and ended up in the Gothic Quarter

The streets were narrow, and the art was fabulous

I wouldn’t mind living here…

Some more wandering brought me to Catedral de la Santa Creu i Santa Eulàlia.

After all that, I headed back to the hotel, and got dinner at a spot by the hotel, ComoLoComo Pizza Al Corte. It was cheap and delish.
